Introduction
Northern Rockies Orthopaedics (NRO) has been serving Western Montana for over 30 years, and offers a wide range of rehabilitation services such as specialties including physical therapy and hand therapy.
Problem
The new NRO website needed to clearly showcase their services, patient information, providers, and offer quick access to patient portals and payments.
Solution
We created a tailored website experience for NRO to better engage with their patients in Western Montana. Overhauling the layout and navigation structure of their website made it easier for visitors to find the content they needed more easily.
Some other highlights include:
Patient information, patient login, and quick pay options were added to the top bar along with frequently used contact information such as NRO’s phone/fax numbers and their address in Missoula.
Showcasing the different treatment areas and providers was really important, so patients with various injuries could see what specialties NRO treats and which provider would be a good fit for their specific situation.
The website was fully designed in Figma and built into a fully custom WordPress theme matching NRO’s brand colors and specific requirements for their target audience.
