Introduction
For over 30 years, Unity Hospice and Palliative Care has helped over 30,000 families and their loved ones through one of life's most challenging and uncertain times. While primarily offering end-of-life care, Unity also serves as an educational hub for patients and family members to learn about their rights.
Problem
With Unity acts as an informational hub for patients and their families seeking information about hospice and palliative care. This information needs to be easy to find and share with family members, providers, or other relevant caregivers. Unity also strives to be available and open to the communities they serve and wanted to highlight their volunteer programs, along with contact and donation forms.
Solution
By positioning Unity as a leader in hospice and palliative care, we helped to differentiate their skills from other providers, while delivering a warm and unique website design using a custom WordPress theme. With patients and their families relying on their knowledge and expertise, Unity had a ton of relevant content to bring forward to their target audiences.
